Salary: £30,160 (40 hours per week)

Pay review after 6 months based on performance

Availability: Must be available to work weekends

WE’RE HIRING

We’re looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to run the venue day-to-day, lead the team, and help us improve how we run things here.

This isn’t an office role — you’ll be on the floor, leading shifts and setting the standard. In addition you’ll be taking ownership of stock and supporting strong margins, helping drive sales and tightening systems

Zoggs is growing, and this role will play a key part in shaping that growth. Together with the founders, you’ll help develop how the venue runs and support the next stage of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the venue
• Lead shifts on the bar and floor
• Manage, train, and develop the team
• Handle stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Build rotas and ensure effective staffing
• Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, and setup
• Identify issues and implement improvements
• Work with the founders to improve systems, efficiency, and service
• Help strengthen Zoggs’ presence in the local community
